Reconnecting to Yourself

Take a deep breath.

A slow inhale in, expanding your belly, focusing on allowing that breath to go deep within. When you reach the top, exhale, slowly, focusing on allowing everything to release.

Doesn’t that feel great? In that one breath, you reconnected to yourself.
