Floatation Therapy
Floatation therapy involves floating in our cabins that are designed for sensory deprivation. The cabin includes water that is super saturated with epsom salt, making you completely buoyant. With the warm temperatures and the buoyancy, you feel like you’re in complete nothingness. Floatation therapy has become increasingly popular among athletes as well as people with various health issues.

Salt Cave Halotherapy
Come and spend some time in our Himalayan Salt Cave, a man-made salt cave that uses the natural healing properties of Himalayan salt. Beneficial for your respiratory tract, skin purification and overall relaxation and wellness.
Our salt cave is a quiet-zone, except for dedicated children hours. During your session, you will relax in one of our comfortable seating areas (bean bag, lounger, zero-gravity chair, the choice is yours!), with a blanket. You’ll be able to sit back, listen to the soft sound of the water cascading.
*Please note that shoes are not allowed in the salt cave. We have a shoe rack and will provide you with slippers.

Infrared Sauna
How is an infrared sauna different? Instead of heating the air, the rays can penetrate deep within the body, warming you without the suffocating high heat environment of a traditional sauna.
Some of the benefits include improved cardiovascular health, detoxification (through sweat) and relaxation.

Sound Healing & Reiki
A Tibetan singing bowl sound healing and Reiki session is a relaxing experience that combines ancient sound therapy with reiki healing energy. Tibetan singing bowls create vibrations that clear energy blockages, reduce stress, and promote well-being. Reiki energy, channeled through the practitioner’s hands, supports natural healing and restores balance. Together, these therapies leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated.

Registered Massage Therapy

Heart Centered Energy Healing Reiki
