Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, will help clear your mind, settle emotions, and reach deeper state of peace, calm, and awareness.
We practice lying down and no experience is needed to participate and receive all the benefits. It is said that 1 hr of Yoga Nidra is equal to 4hrs of sleep.
This session is deeply healing and will create an empowering meditative state expertly guided and sacredly held for you to relax and rest. Within the very magical walls of the Salt Cave, we will receive even greater benefits, healing and soothing the soul.
