Join us for a very special gathering. The Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year, celebrates our innate wisdom, our stillness. It’s time for us to remember our power and strength by going within and reflecting.
This special gathering will begin in the salt cave and then move to our workshop room for a beautiful heart warming cacao ceremony.

Your host Rosina is an Energy Practitioner and clairvoyant. She loves to work with sound, colour and crystal energies as well as hold circles on the moon cycles and spiritual events.

Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be on yoga mats in the salt cave for part of the ceremony.
